Darkness & Music Connections
An evening of meditative exploration using music, senses and movement.
Come join us in the darkness of winter… be taken on a music journey… deep into the heart of yourself.
Take advantage of this cocoon space… connect with the places in yourself that don’t often get space to breathe.
The music journey is an individual exploration, in your own space, to be with your body, your senses and the music.
Sit, dance, lie, stamp feet, cuddle a pillow, sing, shout, laugh, cry.
“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn’t matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.”
― Rumi
